4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies, which are small text files stored on your device, and similar technologies (together, “Cookies”) to make the Platform work and to collect some of the information described in Section 3. The Cookies that we use fall into the following groups:

We may use Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors find and use the Platform. Google Analytics uses Cookies to produce statistical information about the use of a website, and Google stores that information. If you do not want your visits to be reported by Google Analytics, you can install Google’s opt-out browser add-on, which is available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time by contacting us.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell your Personal Data. We may share Personal Data with:
- a.service providers and vendors that perform services for us or help us to operate the Platform, including providers of wallet infrastructure and authentication (such as Privy), hosting, analytics, communications and fraud prevention. They may use Personal Data only as we direct and in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy;

7. Third-Party Services
The Wallet and the sign-in that you use with the Platform are provided by third parties, including Privy and the provider of the social media account that you sign in with. Where a Service depends on a Third-Party Service, that third party may receive Personal Data directly from you or from your on-chain activity, and it processes that data under its own privacy terms. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the use of your Personal Data by any third party, and we encourage you to read its privacy policy.
The Platform may contain links to websites, applications and services that are operated by third parties. A link is not an endorsement of, and does not mean that we are affiliated with, any third party. Information that a third party collects is not covered by this Privacy Policy.
8. Blockchain Transactions
Your Transactions are recorded on public blockchains. A public blockchain is a distributed ledger that is intended to record transactions permanently across a wide network of computer systems, and many blockchains are open to analysis that can lead to the identification of the persons who transact on them, in particular where blockchain data is combined with other data.
Blockchains are decentralised or third-party networks that we do not control or operate. We are not able to erase, modify or alter Personal Data that is recorded on them.
9. How Long We Keep Information
We keep Personal Data for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which we collected it, including to satisfy legal, regulatory, accounting and reporting requirements, to resolve disputes and to enforce our agreements. We may keep Personal Data for longer where Applicable Law or an order of an authority requires us to do so.
When Personal Data is no longer needed it is deleted or, where the law permits, de-identified. Personal Data that is recorded on a public blockchain cannot be deleted, as described in Section 8.
10. How We Protect Information
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards that are designed to protect the Personal Data that we process. The security of your information also depends on you, and we ask you not to share your sign-in credentials or your keys with anyone.
No transmission of information over the internet and no method of storing it is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Data, and any transmission of Personal Data to the Platform is at your own risk.
11. International Transfers
We and our service providers operate in more than one country. Your Personal Data may be transferred to, stored in and processed in countries other than the country in which you live, and the data protection laws of those countries may differ from the laws of your own. Where the law that applies to you requires it, we rely on an appropriate mechanism for such a transfer.
12. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live and on the law that applies to you, you may have the right to:
- a.know whether we process your Personal Data, and obtain access to it and a copy of it;
- b.have inaccurate Personal Data corrected;
- c.have your Personal Data deleted;
- d.object to, or ask us to restrict, certain processing of your Personal Data;
- e.withdraw a consent that you have given; and
- f.complain to the data protection authority of the place in which you live.
To exercise a right, contact us at support@stayd.fun and tell us which right you wish to exercise and the information to which your request relates. We may need to verify your identity before we act on a request, and we use the information that you give us for that purpose only to verify you. We respond within the period that the law that applies to you requires. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a right.
You may ask us to delete your account and your Personal Data at any time by contacting us. A request for deletion is subject to the information that we are required or permitted to keep under Section 9 and to the information recorded on public blockchains under Section 8.
You may opt out of information about the Services, new features and events at any time by contacting us. Opting out does not stop us from sending you notices about your Transactions, about security or about the Services.
13. Children
The Platform is not directed to anyone under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from anyone under that age. If we learn that we have collected Personal Data from a person under the age of 18, we will close the account and delete that data as soon as reasonably practicable. If you believe that a person under the age of 18 has given us Personal Data, please contact us.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time, in accordance with Section 20 of the Terms of Service. An amendment takes effect when the amended version is published on the Platform, and the “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when that was. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease to use the Platform.
15. Contact
If you have a question about this Privacy Policy or about your Personal Data, you can contact us at support@stayd.fun.
